Finding the Edge of the World

"It’s hard enough
Standing on the edge of the world"

- Even Though, Rebfile

OK, I'm not going to get into the whole round Earth vs. flat Earth debate, but I was thinking about the concept of the "Edge of the World" and I decided that if there is an edge, it would need to be on the Atlantic Ocean.

In the world there is a large body of water called the Atlantic ocean. The reason for this name is that it borders where Europe and America are located. It also touches on Africa, yet doesn't go into it. This means that in essence, Africa has two oceans to itself.

It also touches on Asia. Yet the Pacific ocean doesn't touch it either.

The Atlantic ocean is also the only body of water that touches every continent. It goes all the way around them.

There are a few touches of the Atlantic ocean in Africa. Yet there is no place where it borders all four continents.

You see, there is no edge of the world. The human world is flat and the only body of water that touches all four continents is called an edge.

The Pacific ocean does not touch all four continents. It is therefore, obviously not an edge.
